Modular Welding Stations

PROMOTECH'S Modular Welding Stations are designed for precision circumferential welding of pipes, flanges, elbows, tees, and similar components. Thanks to the flexible modular structure, the system can be easily adapted for a variety of welding tasks—ranging from oscillation welding to hard facing and beyond.

The intuitive control panel lets operators quickly adjust and monitor key process settings, including speed (continuously adjustable between 0.12–2.4 rpm) and arc ignition with pre/post-crater fill options. The system displays welding parameters in cm/inches and cm/min or inches/min, providing clarity and control during operation.

Built for reliability in demanding environments, the station offers bidirectional rotation, robust construction, and full compatibility with the optional Mini C&B system—ideal for configuring a complete modular welding setup.

The PRO-WP 150 welding positioner is designed to streamline the welding process, offering precise rotation and tilt control for better weld accessibility and ergonomics. Its frequency inverter allows for continuous speed adjustment and stabilization, ensuring consistent performance across the full speed range—from 0.12 rpm to 2.4 rpm.

Compact in design and capable of tilting up to 90 degrees, the PRO-WP 150 minimizes workspace clutter while improving operator posture and access to complex weld joints. Welders can stay focused on quality, without constant repositioning of the workpiece.

This heavy-duty unit supports both left and right rotation, and comes equipped with arc ignition, remote control functionality, and a foot pedal for hands-free operation. A wide range of auxiliary accessories is available, allowing users to build a modular welding station tailored to their specific welding or cutting needs.

PROMOTECH'S PRO-WP 300 is engineered to make rotating round and tubular workpieces effortless, enhancing weld access and enabling higher-quality welds with greater consistency. With a built-in frequency inverter, it delivers smooth speed control and reliable speed stabilization across the full operating range.

By minimizing the need for welders to reposition themselves, it improves workflow and reduces fatigue. Its compact build requires minimal floor space, while the 90° tilting feature enhances ergonomic access, especially for more complex welding jobs.
